統合遠隔医療導入ガイド

2022年11月10日、世界保健機関（WHO）は、効果的な遠隔医療サービスを実施するための統合ガイド「統合遠隔医療導入ガイド」を発行したことを報じました。ガイドは、デジタルヘルス介入を計画・実施するための体系的なプロセスを提供するWHOデジタル投資実施ガイドを補足するものと位置づけられています。

概要

■　COVID-19の大流行以降、紛争や疾病の発生から気候変動に至るまで、世界的に複雑な健康上の課題が山積する中で、遠隔医療を持続的に利用するために、WHOは政策立案者や意思決定者、実施者が遠隔医療の実施を設計・監督する際の指針となる新しいリソースとして発表

■　セクシュアル・リプロダクティブ・ヘルス（SRH）サービスへのアクセスを阻む障壁に対処するため、デジタルヘルスと遠隔医療の分野は近年、特に注目を集めている

■　WHOは、ヘルスフォーオールを支える遠隔医療の力を認識し、2010年に「遠隔医療：加盟国における機会と発展」と題する旗艦報告書を発行し、2019年に「保健システム強化のためのデジタル介入に関するWHOガイドライン」で勧告し、地域レベルでもガイダンスを発表していた。
