PFOS, PFOA, PFNA, PFHxS及びその合計

2022年12月08日、欧州官報にて、特定の食品中のパーフルオロアルキル物質の最大濃度を定める規則（EC）No 1881/2006を改正する規則（EU）2022/2388が公布されました。2023年01月01日から適用されています。

概要

改正規則は、規則（EC）No 1881/2006の附属書を改正する内容となっています。2023年01月01日以前に合法的に上市された附属書に記載された食品は、その最低耐久年数または使用期限まで上市を継続することができるとされています。具体的な基準値は規則原文に表で整理されていますので、そちらを参照ください。

■　10.2.2　Crustaceans and bivalve molluscs.
For crustaceans the maximum level shall apply to muscle meat from appendages and abdomen. In case of crabs and crab-like crustaceans (Brachyura and Anomura) muscle meat from appendages.

特定の食品中のパーフルオロアルキル物質の最大濃度を定める規則（EC）No 1881/2006

本規則は、子供、高齢者、妊婦などの最も影響を受けやすい集団を含む欧州連合（EU）市民の健康を守るために、特定の食品汚染物質の最大許容量を定めることを目的とするものです。

■　附属書で指定された値を超える汚染物質が検出された食品は、販売できない。この規制値は、食品の可食部を対象としており、複合食品、加工食品、乾燥食品、希釈食品にも適用される。

■　適正製造基準または適正農業規範によって合理的に達成可能な、汚染物質の最大レベルの最低値、すなわち「合理的に達成可能な限り低い」レベルを定めている。

■　最大許容値を遵守している食品は、許容値を超える他の食品と混合してはならない。

■　汚染レベルを下げるために選別やその他の物理的処理が必要な食品は、人間が直接消費する食品や食品の原材料として使用する食品と混ぜることはできない。

■　加盟国は、食品中の汚染物質のレベルを検査しなければならない。その結果は、規則(EC) No 178/2002に基づいて設立された欧州食品安全機関に送らなければならない。

■　同規則は30回以上改正されている。これらの改正の多くは、食品中の特定の汚染物質の最大値を記載した同規則附属書に関するものとなっている。
